I love listening to managers like Arsene Wenger moaning about referees and anything else they can blame their problems on.... How do you explain this one Voyeur? Arsenal led 3-0 after 10 mins and 4-0 at half-time. Newcastle scored four times in the second half to draw level. Final result 4-4.
Over £1m matched at 1.01/1.02.... That's a gubbing of enormous proportions...
(Voyeur is a Special1TV reference if you were wondering)

Absolutely must be one of the biggest gubbings of all time.
ReplyDeleteLast one I remember of similar magnitude was Liverpool in the Champions League final against Milan (2005) Down 3-0 at half time. to come back to 3-3 and beat them on penalties.
Looking at those figures makes me wince with sympathy for those caught out!
ReplyDeleteBy sheer chance, I made a few quid on this match on the 'total goals' market, but to be honest I'd never have predicted the final result
you can never have sympathy for people who think they are buying money by backing at 1.01....
